- This is a new Rein Automotive 17127540127 upper radiator coolant hose.
- The upper radiator hose found on the N54 and N55 engines in the 2008-2013 1 series, 2007-2013 3 series, 2013-2015 X1, and 2009-2016 Z4 models carries hot engine coolant to the radiator to be cooled.
- Located on the upper left side of the radiator underneath the air intake, the most common failure of this hose is the nipple connection breaking to the expansion tank hose. When this happens, coolant will leak causing insufficient coolant for the engine.
- This Rein Automotive replacement hose is the same hose used by BMW in production as well as the same hose sold at your local dealer.
- Coming with the BMW quick connect hose connections, this hose can usually be replaced in under an hour.
